"Hi there, [y/n]. How are you feeling?" He must know you, if he knew your name. "I'm okay. I just want to know why I'm here." He giggled a little. You found that a little disrespectful. He noticed, and he said, "I'm sorry. It's just the doctor's said you probably wouldn't remember why you're here, where you are.....or even who I am..." He looked down at the floor, in sadness. You felt for him. We must be very close, if he would be this sad. You thought to yourself. "Well, maybe, if you told me who you are, I might remember." He lifted his head, obviously willing to try. "Well, I'm Niall." That rang a bell in your head. You lifted your arm to rub your head, as it still hurt. As you did, you noticed something on your wrist. It was a bracelet that was engraved with:
Niall and [Y/N] Forever Love
"Niall.. *pause* Niall... *pause* Niall!" You had thought of it! He either had to be related to you, or your boyfriend. Considering, he was on your bracelet, he was probably your boyfriend. It was all coming back to you now. You were realizing everything. But, on question still remained. "Niall? Why are we in hospital beds?" He clutched his arm tightly. Like, it was still a very sensitive subject. But, he answered you anyway. "Well, we were walking down the street to go to Moe's your favorite seafood place, and this girl, obviously a fan, rammed into you. She hit you so hard, you fell head first into the sidewalk. Then, I brought you here, and the doctors said you lost a lot of blood. They needed to do a blood transplant on you. They couldn't reach your mom, and your dad doesn't have the same blood type as you. But, they ran some test on me. I was compatible. So, I gave you some of my blood." You gasped at what he had just told you. You got up, less dizzy than before, and walked to his bed. You leaned down, and hugged him. You stayed there for a while. "Thank you. I love you, so much." You whispered into his hair. You felt his lips shape a smile. "I love you too, [Y/N]. I love you, too." You lifted your head, and kissed his lips.
That brought back the memories from your relationship. His kiss, To you, was the best thing ever. It just meant the world to you that he loved you as much as you loved him. The kiss was passionate, sweet, but gentle. You wanted to stay there forever. You just wanted to stay in this moment. Never leave. Just enjoy his lips, and be happy. Nothing had to change. You didn't want it to. SO, you waited 'til he pulled away. Which was quite a while after. You smiled, and walked back over to your bed, grabbing the cup of coffee on your bed-stand. "Mmmm. Just the way I like it." You spoke softly. Niall giggled at the remark. Just then, the doctor came in the room. She started talking to you both, telling you that you could go home today, and how you're both going to be fine.
After the doctor left, you both immediately grabbed your bags, and left the room. You two stopped at the front desk to pay, and you tried to pay. Niall slid his hand in front of you. "Eh-Eh-Eh! I'm paying. You put your card back in your wallet." He pulled out hid debit card, and paid for the visit. "Thank you, and have a nice day!" The desk lady said with a smile on her face. You both waved back in thanks as you two left. Niall opened the door for you, and you walked through, saying thank you. He stopped you outside of the doors. "[Y/N]" He called, turning you around to face him. "Yeah?" You asked, right before he kissed you. It was just like before. Perfect. He pulled away, the biggest smile on his face. "I love you." You blushed super hard. "I love you, too, Niall." You really did.
You both walked to his car, and being Niall, insisted on opening your door. You got in, and he closed the door. It was about a 30-minute drive back to your's and his apartment. You talked most of the time. When you got home, Niall walked you in. You two shared the apartment with Louis and Eleanor, so you weren't surprised to find them in the living room. They must've heard the door open, 'cause El jumped up and came to see how you were. "Hey, [Y/N], how are you feeling?" She gave you a sympathetic look, while her hand was on your shoulder. "A lot better. I feel great, thanks" You gave her a big grin. Louis got up and hugged you, then, Niall got your stuff and brought it to your room. Eleanor helped you unpack, and Louis helped Niall. El was putting away your clothes, when she asked "So, what happened?" You smiled at the memory of the hospital. You plopped onto your bed, and patted the spot next to you, directing her to sit next to you. She came and sat without any reluctance.
"Well, I woke up, and didn't even know where I was. I noticed Niall was there, and then we talked. He told me that I had had a blood transplant done, and he was the compatible match whose blood they used." You went on and on with the story, and Eleanor listened intently. She would always listen when you needed her. Never once, had she ignored you. You were grateful you had a friend like her. "Wow! That is so romantic! Well, not the part where you got hurt, but the part when he gave his blood for you." You both giggled. You admired the bracelet on your wrist. "Yeah. He really is romantic." You blushed, and she smiled.
You both finished packing, and went to the living room. Louis and Niall were already out there, chatting while watching Football. You and Eleanor looked at each other with evil grins. You were both thinking the same thing. You hid on the other side of the wall, so they wouldn't see you. You counted with your fingers, '1....2....3!' You both jumped out and yelled BOO!. They jumped up off of the couch, and you two laughed so hard it hurt. "Why did you do that?!?" The two boys yelled. Of course, Niall busted out laughing, Louis did too soon after. You and Eleanor were still laughing. She walked into the room, and you followed her to the couch. "[Y/N}?" Niall called. "Yes, honey?" You knew he wanted something. "I'm hungry." You all laughed, but him. "I'm serious. What's for lunch?" You and Louis got up, and went to cook lunch.
You helped him make chicken sandwiches, and mac & cheese. "Come and eat!" Louis yelled to the other two. You all sat down at the table, and ate. Everyone gobbled it down. "Now this is how you eat!" Niall jokingly spoke, whilst having food in his mouth. You all laughed again, and enjoyed your lunch.
